Renovation Loan
Designed for Real Estate Investors who want to repair or rehabilitate a property. This loan program can be used to purchase or refinance with the idea of improving the value of the property.
Our Renovation Loan will finance up to 100% of the construction costs with a maximum loan of 70% After Repair Value.

Fix and Flip Loan
Designed for Real Estate Investors who want to purchase a property they intend to improve and sell for a profit. Our Fix and Flip loan allows financing up to 100% of the purchase price and up to 100% of the construction costs with a maximum loan of 70% After Repair Value

Bridge Loan
Designed for Real Estate Investors as a short-term loan until permanent financing can be secured. Our Bridge loan allows financing up to 80% of the Appraised Value.

Cash-Out Loan
Designed for Real Estate Investors who have equity in a property or multiple properties that would like to utilize that equity by taking cash-out. This cash can be used for absolutely anything like purchasing additional property, improving existing ones or other investments. Our Cash-Out loan allows financing up to 80% of the Appraised Value.

Transactional Funding
Designed for Real Estate Investors who purchase a home at wholesale using little to none of their own cash and already have the home sold to another buyer. The term of the loan can be as little as one day. Example: Real Estate Investor closes with seller on Thursday and on Friday Real Estate Investor sells to another buyer. Both are transacted with the same title company, so documents are recorded correctly. Our Transactional Funding loan allows financing up to 100% of the purchase price.
